If you’ve just received a shipment notification, please hang tight—tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update. (We promise, your package is on its way, even if the tracking page seems shy!)

At www.idolwardrobe.com, all items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we create your item(s) just for you, one at a time, ensuring the highest quality possible.

All shipments are handled by trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Yun Express. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping rates, delivery times, and prices will be adjusted based on the destination country selected. We process and dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible, in the order they are received.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?

Processing Time: Item processing time may take between 3 to 5 business days.

Estimated Normal Shipping: Once the shipment is loaded onto the plane, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days.

Estimated Express Shipping: For Express shipping, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days.

Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays, that are beyond our control, as well as delays during holiday seasons.

2. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Tax is not included in the price on our website, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
