Return and Refund Policy
Idol Wardrobe Return & Refund Policy (Condensed) By placing an order on www.IdolWardrobe.com, you agree to the following conditions.
1. No Returns for Customer Errors
All our items are made-to-order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer mistakes such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color. Please double-check your order carefully.
2. Returns for Idol Wardrobe Errors Only
We only accept returns if there is an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Time Limit: You have 30 days from the receipt date to report the issue.
Process: Contact us at Info@IdolWardrobe.com with your order number and clear photos proving the error (see Evidence section).
Shipping Cost: You cover the cost of return shipping, even if it is our error.
3. Refunds
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order enters production and cannot be stopped.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations incur a management fee of 1.5% of the total order value.
Exchange: If you place a new order to replace the old one, the old order will be canceled with a 100% refund.
5. Mandatory Evidence
For any replacement or refund due to defect/error, you must submit clear photos of the shipping label, the defective product, and, in cases of incorrect size, a photo of the measurement taken with a ruler. Without this evidence, the request will not be processed.
